I'm opening this thread to extend existing and potential customers an alternate avenue of communication on how I may better serve you. Please feel free to critique, criticize, complain, or praise anything dealing with Pooh Bear's customer service or listings. Even if you just have general questions for me, post them. There is nothing too trivial or too outrageous that can't be brought up. If you feel it is important then it IS important to me.

Keep cool - I understand and will try to be understanding when someone is upset, but there is a right way and wrong to address the cause. If something has you so upset that you feel the need to attack me personally, then this isn't the proper forum. Please PM me so we may discuss and try to resolve.

I'm not sure why Pooh Bear isn't getting more attention here in the forums. After a failed attempt at ordering through multiple vendors, I placed an express order with Pooh Bear since he had 100% positive feedback (and still does). Later that day, I got my DCN and the package arrived early in the morning within the given time frame. Weight was perfect, almost no shake, and shards glitter in the light. Quality is right up there with the best and just a couple hits and a bump had me going fast for 20 hours. Even better than that is I was neither deceived or ignored. Pooh Bear is an excellent vendor who you can count on to conduct business as a professional.

Being an old head and remembering the days when you could actually trust your friends to help you out if you needed a product I have to say Pooh Bear has been extremely helpful to me so far. Something he/she did not have to do at all by the way. I'll post more when the product arrives. Pooh's good people in my book!!!

I wanted to add my voice to Pooh Bear's Thread.
I was in a super hurry for some product and had tried 5 different vendors, three of which I had ordered from and nothing had shipped after 5+ days. I was going nuts!
I sent him a message asking about express shipping and he said he would be able to meet my requests, and set clear expectations for what would happen next. I made the order as I promised, and he followed up just as he had promised, including a DCN (first one I've ever gotten on SR). He communicated brilliantly, fulfilled his promise, totally came though and has great product to boot.
When I was in a pinch, having never used Pooh Bear before, he totally came through for me. If you're wondering if you should give him a try, I highly encourage you to do so.

Thank you everyone for the GREAT reviews. I remember what it was like when I was a buyer and the lack of communication was the worst part of it. I can handle the bad news. Shit happens, what are going to do? It was the not knowing that would always have me reeling. I try to keep that in mind when I work with you, and treat you the way I would expect to be treated.
As far as international, I am working on it. There are some security concerns that I would like to sort out first. When I have a solid ETA I will communicate it to you all!

Finally got to test pooh bears stuff and Im very happy with it. Came quickly...great communication...even got some extra. Nice not to have to wait a month or more after making a purchase to actually receive and its good dope...so two thumbs up from me!

hows the stealth?
The stealth used focuses on the carriers or anyone else who would inspect it from the exterior. If there is a chance your package will be intercepted by someone in your household, let me know ahead of time. I will try to accommodate, but even then it's not 100%. If the stealth used is out of character for you, then it would just raise suspicions. In situations where you are not in control of receiving, it is strongly recommended to go with a "Mom and Pop"mailing service.

I've had some computer issues this past week and I haven't been able to respond to messages. If your order status has changed to "in transit" it is in fact on its way. I do see some people have already recieved. My first priority is to send out the DCNs for the orders that did ship. My second is to fulfill existing orders and send out notifcations. then I will respond to all other messages. I will not take anymore orders unilt I am caught up on existing orders.
I apologize for my absence. I have always made it my priority to keep you all up to date on the status of your order and my inventory and will continue to do so. I thank you all for your patience..

I'll be sharing my experiences with poorbear next week sometime....his computer issues has made this a longer than expected transaction but i feel Poorbear is a straight shooter and I will have glowing reviews for you guys asap next week.

it is currently 12:30am Sep-30-2012 UTC. I have to step away form my console for a few hours, and will be slow to resopond. I have caught up on 99.99% of my messages and orders are being being prepared. The ETA on an update is 18 hours from the above time.
Again, I will open up my listings only after all current orders have been processed and are shipped. This does not mean I'm out of inventory. I am just trying to catch up.

4:00 AM 09/30/2012 - I'm back online. I won't be checking the forums much, but I will working on SR. If you need to get a hold of me PM on SR for a quicker response.
FYI: My normal work flow is to send a DCN first, drop the package off, then change the status of the order, but I have passed due orders in my queue which means the buyer has the option to cancel.
To avoid any confusion I will need to temporarliy adjust this. I will perpare the package (postage, tracking, etc), update the status, send out the DCN then drop them off. If for any reason you decide you want to cancel send me a PM. As long as the package hasn't left I will honor your request.

Has anyone done a lab analysis of purity? Or can someone give a rough estimate of purity? Are we talking 50% or 90%? I'm assuming its closer to 90% because of the price and reviews but I would like to see some more solid numbers!

Very fast processing time and even faster shipping time, 7-8 days down to boganville.
I think pooh strapped a jet pack to my package or something....
I had a tiny little test pipe around midnight, nice!
Then when it came time for me to go to sleep couple hours later i had no chance....
Hell im still awake 24hours after my first pipe, had more of course.
Now im so glad i ordered a ball before even trying it first...

Here are some QA test I've took this morning of my latest batch. I do this for every batch to prior to the final QA test of consumption. :), but this is the first I've documented them.
This is a burn test. Basically my pipe is smoked and yellowish. It’s hard to see anything accurately. So, I use a bong stem for testing. The stem actually works well for testing not so much to smoke with.

Here is the reagent test. For this to be successful you have to see the color change from orange to brown. Because plain sugar will go straight to brown, just showing the last frame would be of no use.

It seems the last shipment to go out is taking longer than normal to arrive. but orders are beginning to show up.
